This website, sjsinan.com, is run by Md Salsabil Jarir Sinan (SJ Sinan), a web developer, SEO specialist and digital marketer based in Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this policy, "I", "me" and "my" refer to me, and "you" refers to anyone who visits the website.

02Information I collect
I only collect information that you choose to send me, plus a small amount of technical information that every website receives.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your budget range, your website address (optional) and your message.
- Comments and reviews: your name, email address and message when you comment on a blog post or leave a review on the Services page. Your email address is never published.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat window.
- Direct messages: anything you send me by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or through a Calendly booking.
- Technical information: like any website, the server that hosts sjsinan.com receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This is used to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
I do not ask for payment details on this website, and I do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on it.
03How I use your information
- To reply to your message and send you a quote.
- To provide and manage the services you ask me for.
- To review, publish and reply to comments and reviews.
- To answer your questions through the chat assistant.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
04Services that help run this website
Some parts of the website use trusted third-party services. They receive only the information needed for their part of the work:
- EmailJS delivers contact form messages to my email inbox.
- Google Gemini (Google's AI service) creates the chat assistant's replies. Your chat messages are sent to Google for this purpose and handled under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Please do not share passwords or other sensitive details in the chat.
- WordPress, hosted on my own content server, stores blog posts, case studies and comments.
- Hostinger hosts the website and its content server.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) delivers the icons used on the site, so your browser connects to it when a page loads.
- WhatsApp, Telegram and Calendly are used only when you choose to contact me or book a call through them. Their own privacy policies apply.
I do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
05Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It saves a few small settings in your own browser to make the site easier to use:
- Your light or dark theme choice.
- Your name and email, after you post a comment, so you do not have to type them again next time.
- Your chat conversation, until you close the browser tab.
These settings stay on your device and are not sent to me. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
07Client project information
When we work together, you may share access to your website, hosting, analytics or ad accounts. I use this access only for your project, keep it confidential and do not share it with anyone. After the project ends, I recommend changing any passwords you shared. If your project needs extra confidentiality, I am happy to sign an NDA.
08How long I keep information
I keep messages and emails for as long as they are useful for our conversation or project, and for my business records. Published comments stay on the website until they are removed. Temporary security information, such as the IP addresses used to limit spam, is kept only in the server's memory and is cleared regularly.
09Keeping your information safe
The website uses a secure HTTPS connection, and I take reasonable steps to protect the information you send me. No website or internet service can be 100% secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information through the forms or the chat.
10Your choices and rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- tell you what information I have about you,
- correct information that is wrong,
- delete your information, including your comments and messages.

11Children's privacy
This website is meant for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent me their information, please contact me and I will delete it.

I may update this policy when the website or my services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Please also read the Terms and Conditions.
