These terms apply to your use of sjsinan.com and to the services offered by Md Salsabil Jarir Sinan (SJ Sinan), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using this website or hiring me, you agree to these terms.
Each project also has its own written quote or agreement. If that quote or agreement says something different from these terms, the quote or agreement applies.
02Using this website
You are welcome to read, share and link to the pages on this website. Please do not:
- use the website for anything illegal or harmful,
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the website or its servers,
- send spam through the contact form, the comments or the chat assistant,
- copy the design, text, case studies or images and present them as your own.
03Website content and ownership
The text, design, graphics, case studies and code of this website belong to me, unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and website screenshots belong to their owners and are shown only as examples of my work. You may quote short parts of my blog posts if you link back to the original page.
04Information and results
The blog posts, guides and chat assistant answers on this website are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
The results shown in my case studies are real results from specific projects. Every business is different, and search engines and ad platforms such as Google and Meta control their own systems, so I cannot guarantee a specific ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads or sales for your project. I always work to get you the best possible result and report on it honestly.
05Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this website are in US dollars and are starting prices for each package. The final price, scope and timeline for your project are confirmed in a written quote before any work starts.
Work that goes beyond the agreed scope, such as extra pages, new features or big changes to the plan, is quoted separately before I do it.
06Payment
- One-time projects: an upfront deposit of 25% to 50%, depending on the size of the project, is paid before work starts. The rest is paid after delivery.
- Monthly services such as SEO, ads management and maintenance are paid at the start of each month.
- Payment options are shared with your quote, based on what works in your country.
- Third-party costs are paid by you unless your quote says otherwise. This includes ad spend on Meta or Google, domain names, hosting and premium themes or plugins.
07Timelines and your part
Delivery times in the packages start once the deposit is paid and I have the content and access I need, such as your logo, text, images and account access. If feedback, content or access is delayed, the delivery date moves by the same amount of time.
You are responsible for making sure that the content you give me (text, images, logos and product information) is yours to use and does not break anyone else's rights.
08Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions, from 1 to 5, as shown on the service page. A revision is a round of changes to the agreed design or content. Changes that go beyond the original plan are quoted separately.
09Ownership of your project
After the final payment, you own the website, its content, the design and the code I created for you. The domain, hosting and ad accounts are set up in your name from the start.
Themes, plugins, fonts and other third-party tools remain the property of their makers and are used under their own licences.
I may show the finished work, and non-confidential results, in my portfolio and case studies. If you would rather I did not, or if the project is covered by an NDA, just tell me and I will keep it private.
10Cancellation
If either of us needs to stop a project, we will agree in writing on the work completed so far and the payment for it. Cancellation and refund details for each project are set out in its quote or agreement.
11Support after launch
Most packages include free support after launch, from 15 to 45 days, as shown on each service page. During that time I fix issues related to my work and answer your questions. After that, you can choose a monthly maintenance plan or pay per task.
12Confidentiality
I keep your business information, account access and project details confidential and use them only for your project. I am happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive details.
14Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as client websites, social media, WhatsApp and Calendly. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
15Limitation of liability
I provide this website and my services with care, but I cannot be responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption, or for problems caused by third-party services, hosting providers or platform changes. As far as the law allows, my total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If a disagreement comes up, we will first try to solve it by talking to each other. If that does not work, the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh will have jurisdiction.
17Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Changes do not affect a project that has already been agreed in writing. For how I handle your information, please read the Privacy Policy.
